Effective July 25, 2012, Jerome J. Selitto and Gregory D. Tretiak were elected as members of the Board of Directors of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company (the "Registrant".)
Mr. Selitto was appointed to the Registrant's Executive Committee and Investment and Credit Committee. Mr. Tretiak was appointed to the Registrant's Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Investment and Credit Committee.
